Hi everyone,

I have only had my two baby boars (Bert & Ernie) for a few days now. If you look at my previous posts I have been asking a lot of questions about what are the best treats to give and I was highly recommended the 'Rosewood Naturals Meadow Hay Cookies'. I was going to order them from Amazon but I saw some bad reviews, should I be worried?

This is a problem I have found with hay cookies, rock hard, I couldn't even split them with my hands. This comes back to the thing I said, I like to see what I'm buying👍. Wilko are better in my opinion, not for alot of things but cookies they are

Do you think? Surely they all come from the same supplier though? Unless Wilko has their own brand

Yea I just looked, it is them. They call them rolls instead... I Forgot lol. They are soft normally so the pigs can actually chew them

Yeah, I don't want to buy something that turns out to be a waste of money. Probably best to look in-store and see how they are

I buy Nature’s Own hay cookies from their website when I buy hay for my piggies. My piggies absolutely LOVE them! They smell lovely and fresh too.

Could you send me a link to their website if possible please?

That's another reason I don't do much online shopping, "free shipping" but you've just been tempted to spend 4 times the amount you was going to. Unless you want to stock up. Its a marketing ploy.

I'm a miserable lol 😋

I use online shopping a lot, but I know what to look out for. I only really buy bulk in the essentials; toiletries, dried food etc and I know the brand. Now I have guinea pigs I am finding out all sorts lol. Amazon prime is really good cause you pay a small fee a month for free next or same day delivery, but it is only good if you regularly shop there

Fair play. I'm still a caveman

I have the Hay Cookies. They are hard, but I break them up and mix it in with their real hay. Mine love it.

I think my best bet is to go in store and just have a look to see what the product is like
