Are there any more? how is she doing? you may be best separating the sows (I'm no expert) just incase one of them is rejected or incase you confuse the babies lol x
Mine have always stayed together. See what you think. I wouldn't want to distress anyone by moving sows around- but if you think preggy sow is already distressed it may be better (I still like them to have company though, but thats just me- you can see them )
Congratulations!
I like Karen, always leave my sows together and I agree I wouldnt be moving them around when she is heavily pregnant.
Sometimes sows will help each other out during the birthing progress ie cleaning babies etc others dont.
Rosie is doing grand, I'm so proud of her, the babys are awsome so adorable.
Mrs mop had a peek at them but rosie told her to wheek off, all doing well, will post pics tonight, I feel so blessed to have watched, in between typing on here haha
awww bless her WELL DONE ROSIE! this is soo wonderful, isn't it, i remember when my peony had hers, i was soo proud and she was a fab mum as i'm sure your little rosie will awwwwww :smitten: :smitten: they sound sooo sweet! :smitten: :smitten: :-*
Congratulation, can not wait to see the photos.
I read this... Cohabiting females assist in mothering duties if lactating on somesite or the other. I don't think it is recommended though, the owners of Honkeys mum were trying to find a lactating surrogate mother for him but he got me instead!
WOW, Clare. Congratulations. :smitten: :smitten: :smitten:
They share my birthday, can't wait for the piccies. :smitten: :smitten:
You must be very proud of Rosie.
