Rosie is acting wobbly

It happened to me quite a few times when colleagues ask me "How are your ... hamsters?"
They never ask this question a second time. 🤨

But I also love hamsters. I had a rescue one some years ago. She was a darling but absolutely hated hands.

I used to call Kylie my little ferret when she was being KYLIE :yikes:

I believe we found some excellent new vets for us!

Everything was very quick and efficient. Although Rosie was savagely fat shamed (called a baked loaf), the girls both received lots of loving and snacks. Pigs were very polite and brave, Lily gave the vet some kisses and the vet gave them back, too!

X-rays were fine, we do suspect it to be old age and arthritis. We are starting with a course of painkillers and some new supplement that includes glucosamine + other good stuff. I will report back to the vets in about 5 days and then we make a plan going forward.

We shall see! Rosie is still very happy and perky. I just want her to be comfortable ❤️

Glad that you were happy with the vet and that it is just arthritis and old age. The glucosamine may take a little while to kick in (the same as for sterile cystitis) as it is processed through the body and build up gradually.
