Rosie? Scared?

Rosie is all of a sudden scared of me, whenever I try to pick her up she gets scared and runs away into a pigloo. This isn't like her, I rescued her in April, she's always been a little skittish but never like this. Why do you think this is happening? I just got a new pig on the weekend, and she has spotted her across the room, I also trimmed their toes last week but she has just started acting like this. I have never had a pig act like this ever before, and I haven't done anything to scare her other then the nail trimming day. But I don't think it is that because she hasn't acted up until now? With all my experience with pigs I am still confused about this whole ordeal. @Wiebke

The nail trimming probably did it.

My pigs are the same. I clip their nails, and suddenly they are horrified, run away or/and nibble me. Rosie should be back to normal soon.

Another option might be because of the new guinea pig. That’s what happened to Pearl when I introduced Zip. If this is the case, you might have to just be gentle and patient before she is back to normal.
