Rumble?

My two piggie girls have been making the rumble noise a bit recently, (I cannot make out if it's rumble or purring) but is it normal for 2 girls to make this noise? If not, I will have to get the vets to check what their sex is.

I need to add:
It sounds a bit like a small machine gun going off.

Girls make this noise when they are in season. It reminds me of a motorbike.

Ha ha, I never thought of them sounding like motorbikes

My boy, Leo rumbles at his younger companion, Milo all day everyday so maybe they are just being a bit (playfully) aggressive to each other - nothing to worry about!
