piggy

Reggie and Horace have been living together for, what, two wheeks now. They get on okay but they do tend to rumble and move slowly quite a lot but nothing more than this. When they're not rumbling they popcorn round the cage and I've even caught Reggie grooming Horace (this wasn't tolerated long!) :smitten: :smitten: They will also eat out the same bowl and share the veggies without any problems. Does anyone elses piggies do a lot of rumbling? Does it lead to more aggressive behaviour or is it quite normal piggy behaviour? Not sure because I've never kept two pigs together before!

sounds to me that they are just reminding each other who is boss, the noise is called rumble strutting.
One of my sows used to rumble strut alot around the other sows when they were in thier outside run. they dont do it since the babies arrived.
I did show Romeo one of his pups today and he rumbled for england!
