hi everyone, how long should you let new gp's settle in before letting them run around? At the mo poppy and clover have playtime on the the rug with the top of the cage over them. I don't want to stress them out by having to start pulling couches out if they hide under them and wont come out as they are just getting used to us and would hate to be back at square one.
 
Could you maybe block the bottom of the couches off so they can't get underneath? I let mine out for a run around from when i first had them as babies, but it was in the hall so didn't have furniture they could get under. I put down cardboard tubes they can run threw, paper bags are good too & boxes. It gives them places to hide in but unless you block off the couches somehow they will probably go under them if they fit. :D
