My Jack has runny eyes and nose and is doing a cough like sneeze. Do I need to take him to an emergency vet or can I wait till Monday. His cage mate is on bactrim for an upper respiratory infection but they are both happy and popcorning. Please help! Thanks.

As long as he is still bright and eating normally, you can chance it to have him seen tomorrow, as long as it is not later. Switch to weighing him daily at the same time, either before or after dinner, instead of the regular weekly weigh-in.

See an emergency vet asap if there is a deterioration, especially if he loses his appetite and becomes lethargic.
