After 3 weeks of colds and a few trips to the vet my trio finally are better. However Pansy's guts seem to be out of sorts.
She was on Septrin (as Baytril didn't work) which finished 2 weeks ago. Her poo was a bit runny during the course so gave some Pro-C Probiotic a couple hours after the anti-biotic.
However the poop has been fluctuating between pellets and soft and again I've given Pro-C. She's eating normally with lots of hay and running around as usual. My other two piggys are fine.
Should I try to get a new probiotic, give some critical care or mush up some healthy donated poo from Peter or Primrose?

Below are a couple of photos of the poop.

Aww poor piggies. I hope someone gives you advice. I am not good with this kind of thing. Only thing I would know to do is to stop all veg for now. ;(

I think there is something u can get that has extra fibre in it though to help firm things up. Think it's called fibreplex.

I would suggest you need to go back to your vet.
I note you are in Surrey - can you PM me your vet please?

Ask your vet about giving zantac and cisapride -
Although they're normally used for piggies with gut stasis...when we have a piggie with soft poops here in the Pebble household we withdraw all veggies, feed shedloads of hay and put them on the above drugs.

My exotics vets are in Sussex and if you Pm me I am happy to give their details so your vet can contact them for advice if your vets are "reticent " about my suggestion

Thank you. I won't give her any veg for the next few days. She'll give me the cute look but I will resist and give her cuddles whilst the other two are munching.

On a rare Monday away from work I managed to get Pansy in to see Anne o'mera in Ewell this evening. She gave Pansy a good looking over, including down her throat and a rectal temperature check  < Pansy's expression!
I've left with some Burgess dual care prllets and having some fibreplex posted to me in case she doesn't get on with the pellets.
Hopefully Pansy will be back to normal pooping soon.
