Sad chirping Theo...

Oh dear we heard a very desolate chirping sound from the piggy room earlier... Mr Theo was very sad, all shaking and chirping and very upset... checked him over and somepig has taken half his whiskers off!
I suspect what happened was he was trying to flirt with Clover earlier and she sprayed pee in his face as usual, then he tried to flirt with Tallulah through the cage bars smelling of Clover pee and lost some whiskers...
A big cuddle and lots of coriander cheered him up anyway! Here he is being a big brave partially whiskered husboar, hiding from his ladies and chilling with piggy daddy.

He always misjudges his interactions with the ladies, then hides up piggy daddy's jumper getting extra snacks until they forgive him! Poor little guy, 5 wives and 1 girl next door, versus 1 boar brain... he is always most confused!

Its great that Asda have a special offer on this weekend, buy a cardboard guinea pig house wine box for just £27 and get 6 bottles of prosecco with it... normally its £36 so a real bargain today!

Bless him, poor little whiskerless chap! I know Rupert gets enough with his moody madam so can't imagine what Theo must put up with! Run to piggy daddy Theo!
Why it scares me to think of having a gang of ladies, I love my boars and they've always been so chilled and sweet, put a load of ladies in there and I'd wanna save the boar from the lady grumps!

So many bossy ladies, I think Theo will be happier when Tallulah gets her own husboar and moves into the room next door! I think he might actually welcome a bit of remote male company nearby at playpen time, Theo's quite a submissive and friendly little chap and ladies are quite scary and complicated... his fur looks all sticky and spiky patches like he's been peed on by everypig this week...

Yeah I suppose everything's changed again with Pygmy hippo next door too, all these hormones everywhere changing stuff! Can't escape! Being so sweet and submissive, probably a very easy target! (Oh Theo, sending a giant cuddle !)
I know people talk about boars being hard with bonds and stuff, I think a gang of ladies sounds so much harder to keep happy!
But never had that many females, my cats and Jess enough with stressy ladies! (Did have Pop the chin and then me on a bad day! Poor Rupert and Ped!) x

Theo says thank you everyone for your support! He might be a big chunky almost 1200g boar but he's still a big softy and he gets really upset when the ladies wont play nicely... and he still likes cuddles from piggy daddy just like when he was a little lonely 490g baby piggy too small to be neutered! Piggy daddy used to sleep on the floor next to Theo's cage when he was in quarantine because he got really upset being left on his own...
