Sadly I am having to give up fostering for a little while. The three fosterlings I have at the moment will be going back to the rescue shortly. I am gutted 8... - I really enjoy fostering but OH is immensely stressed and needs support. Work is crazy too so I have even less time than usual.
I hope I will be able to foster again sooner rather than later
 
I'm sorry to hear that you have to give up fostering for a while :( However, I am sure that you will be back to it soon. (((hugs))) to you and your OH. I hope things sort themselves out soon xx
 
I am sorry that you have to give up fostering for a while - sometimes life doesn't give you options!

I sincerely hope that your husband's situation will sort itself out for the better sooner rather than later!

Obviously you're really passionate about fostering and those you've helped have been extremely lucky to have been entrusted in your care... but in the grand scheme of things perhaps this short break is just a temporary blip?

I can understand how sad you are to have to give it a rest for a while but if and when you are able to come back to fostering I'm sure you'll be able to just pick it up where you left off and will enjoy it even more next time around. You have your priorities in order and, although fostering is a very admirable thing to do, supporting your family must come first. Hope everything works itself out soon x

I totally agree with Missy, things will sort themselves out, but at the end of the day family must come first. Fingers crossed things settle down for you very shortly.
 
To me this is what fostering is about. :) Being able to help when you can without the responsibility of taking on a long term committment.

I hope things calm down soon.

Sorry to hear of your disappointment. Do make sure that you have lots of support and TLC for yourself while you are looking after OH and working so hard.
