Sad week

God, how do people do it. We lost 2 of my mother-in-laws animals this week.

The piggie is being put to sleep by the emergency vet now. She had a massive stroke and isnt doing well. The piggie has been a brilliant pig......it was bought for her god-daughter who sadly passed away 3 years ago aged 3. Very sad.

Then 5 days ago we had one of our angora rabbits put to sleep. She was a beautiful bright white rabbit. But she had very server teeth problems that where killing and she couldnt eat, so had to also be put to sleep.

2 animals PTS in a week is so horrible.
Now we have one rabbit left who is terribly lonely and flora the piggie was paired to - but she is now mixing with my 4 piggies and getting along.

AWWW that's a sad week isn't it?

Poor babies, thank heaven they has such lovely charmed lives where they were clearly adored and cherished.

RIP babies.

What a sad week you have had :0 It never rains but it pours. At least the animals had a loving life before they past over to the Rainbow bridge. (((hugs))) to you all. Sleep peacefully Flora and Daisy xxxxx
 
So very sorry to hear of your losses.
How horrible to lose 2 in a week, not easy i know but at least they were loved and you did your very best for them.

I'm so sad for you and your mum-in-law; so many losses so close together takes it really out of you! There is nothing you can do with about a stroke.

I am so sorry to hear that sad sad news, having one animal PTS is terrible and upsetting, I don't think I could cope with two. RIP Flora and Daisy and big hugs to you.

What sad news. Its hard enough coping with the loss of one beloved pet but two in the same week is truly heartbreaking. Run free at Rainbow Bridge little ones and know that you are sadly missed by your family..

I am so sorry to hear about your awful week.It is traumatic to lose one beloved animal let alone two in a short space of time.

I do hope you will be able to get a companion for the poor bunny.
