Hi Guys

Just wondering

Its often recomended that Saline Solution could be used to flush wounds and Cysts, but as usual its not that easy to get as Vets often give you a funny look if you try to by stuff from Vets for Home medication.

Just noticed that Tesco sell Bottles of Steril Saline Solution sold for flushing contact lenses.

Would this be any good.

Before alcesterpigs left us he quite often recommended the saline solution for contact lens - I am sure it will be completely fine to use!

I am lucky and my mum is a district nurse so i get a few vials off her

PS. The lens saline is NOT suitable for injection only flushing and cleaning wounds
 
you can buy saline from most drug stores. it also comes in a spray can which is easier to use for cleaning out wounds.
