Hello drool
Brilliant news my gorgeous rescue sow Sally let me stroke the side of her face for 5 min on saturday and last night she had her bath and clip, she let me rub her head for a min too. Those of you who know how nervous a rescue piggie can be will relate to my delight.I have had sally for over 12 months prior to that she had lived in a cage at a so called rescue centre, alone for 18MONTHS waiting for a home.I have gradually gained her trust and from running like mad when i opened the cage, she now sits quite happy whilst i fill food bowls etc but would never let me touch her.She is fine with cuddles once she is on your knee and is much better to pick up,but saturday reminded me how perseverence pays off.Sally lives with Dylan her gorgeous hubby and its a real fairytale, hope this little story brightens your day xx Helen
