Hello, ive been on a few pet shop websites around, on ebay etc and alot of them sell salt licks for gsmall animals? Are these harmful to them or beneficial? What do they do? Thank you!

I give mine the mineral ones, they much better for them than just salt. They are usually pink but you can get them in all colours and sizes

Salt and/or mineral licks are not advised for pigs at all as the pig can over consume the minerals.

Wow really? Why am I not surprised I got my info from P@H who said we should buy them when we got george and all of mine have been having them since (it's been 11 months since I got george) :red
God will stop letting them have them then! Thanks for informing me
