Some of you may remember that a while ago I bought a new ferplast 120 for a temporary move for the boys whilst my roof gets fixed. Well scaffolding started to go up today so I've spent the last couple of hours moving the cage downstairs and doing a diy job to create an extra hay landing and here's the result

I'll post more pics once the boys are a little more settled, I'm trying to leave them to settle in but they're in the middle of the hallway so are going to have to quickly get used to having a lot more traffic around them!

I should just point out as well that the radiator behind the cage has been turned off for the duration of their stay down here, just in case anyone sees it and gets worried!

They will be happy boys! They will get used to people walking around more in no time. My boys run out to greet people coming into the house now lol

Piggie Holidays... Yay.... :D

Thanks everyone, I really do hope they'll be ok with it. As much as I love the cage I feel rotten for them as it's only a fraction of the size of their usual palace! Thankfully they're really well bonded and I'm guessing they were probably in a 120 in the rescue (and maybe their previous home before that) so should be fine, also they're not huge fans of toys so I've kept it simple with just a tunnel and a couple of snuggle sacks so they still have space to run around. They'll also be getting plenty of floor time to make up for it (although they're not huge fans of floor time usually). I am glad I've moved them though as the noise is quite a lot already and they're still just putting the scaffolding up (bang goes my long lies!)

They will definitely soon get used to the noise of the hallway, I think I can just spot a pig in the photo :)

I'm sure they'll be used to it in another day or so, still a bit nervy just now. Yes! That's Frodo hiding under the ramp! :)
