Have just been out to feed my piggies and noticed that Sausage has a weeping eye. The eye is not cloudy. Some of the fluid is whitish but it almost looks like she has been crying onto her nose. Nothing there this morning and other pigs eyes are ok.

It could be an eye infection or something has scratched the eye surface. It is worth checking to make sure nothing is trapped under the eyelids.
You can bathe the eye with sterile saline solution or use antibiotic eye drops, both of which are available from a pharmacy. It sounds a relatively minor problem.
It cpuld even be normal "cleaning fluid" in her eye, as gps produce a milky white fluid to clean the eye surface when they groom their head/whiskers.

It sounds like grooming fluid to me, especially since there was no sign of it later on. Do bear in mind the advice by AP in case it is something further.
