hello, gracie my 2 year guinea pig had a scab come off on her side we went to the vet he said it was ok and he gave us some medicine and check up on her. today at night i heard a loud harming squeak nothing like i have heard befor and her heart was racing when i came over i looked at her scab and it was not healed it came off about a week ago and she has been licking on it she seems normal no hair loss no strange activity? after that squeak she seemed to be normal. is this normal?

Hi! Could you please take a picture of the area in question, so we have a bit more to go on to be able to give you some advice. From your description, it is simply not possible without getting at least idea of what is going on and has caused the scab in the first place. There are several potential issues that come into question, but they require different treatment.
