Scab on eye and cloudy eye

Hi my sow has like a scab and a bluey cloudy eye
She is well in herself eating and squeaking fine
I have been bathin her eye with cooled boiled water
I have got some pictures of her poorly eye But not sure how to add to my post
The scab looks like * could pick it off obviously I haven't
Hope someone can advise me of what to do
If I should take her too the vets
 
Yes, take her to a cavy savvy vets a.s.a.p, you may need eye drops and antibiotics.
