Scab on guineapigs foot

I have only just noticed this, it’s a light brown sort of scab and I’m quite worried about where it’s from because I clean them regularly, does anyone know ?

It looks like a spur, a hard piece of skin but a vet visit and advice on how to treat is advisable.

Definitely looks like a spur to me, not a scab. I've had several of mine develop them in the past
