Please have your guinea pigs seen by a vet. it is most likely ringworm, which is sadly rather common in new shop and breeder piggies. Please do not home treat on spec. You should be able to get the vet cost back from the shop if your present the bill together with the sale receipt. You need to treat both piggies to prevent the second from coming with it and you need to also be very careful with the disinfection, as ringworm is the most transmittable thing that guinea pigs can come down with.

Please read our ringworm guide very carefully; it has all the necessary tips on how you can get over this once and for all. Do not home treat on spec. Ringworm: Hygiene And Pictures
