Scab on pig neck

i was bathing my pigs today and noticed a large scab on gingers neck, ive been treating them forr fungal could this be the cause or could it be lice/mites as they have been scratching a lot lately :...

I would take you piggie to the vet in case infection gets in it looks pretty nasty! And the 3 white dots in the cut doesn't look to healthy, I hope your piggie gets better soon! x>>
