Scabby Patches On Ears?

I know I should really see a vet but at a cost of £19 per animal and no money until the start of next month things are pretty tight After taking my girls to the vets where he diagnosed them with mites, they've had 2 spot-on treatments. the initial patches seemed to have healed and fur is regrowing, but now Scout has a scabby patch over her eye, and two of them have developed crusty patches on their ears over the last two days. Is this fungal? I will take them to the vets if absolutely necessary but if I can try anything else I'd really appreciate the help!

It sounds like fungal unfortunately... the sooner they can be treated, the better!

Fungal is another one of those opportunists that hit and spread quickly with a lowered/depressed immune system in the wake of an illness or a very stressful situation.
