Scabs And Lumps.

Ruby has a wee lump on her lip and a strange scab like thing near her bum. I have a picture of each. She has had the lip lump for a while but I have recently noticed it get the very slightest bit larger and the bum scab is new this week. She is going to the vets this week but I was wondering if anyone could give me an idea of what they may be and what the vet may do? Thanks

It's really difficult to tell. Mu forst thought would be fungal especially for the bum scab but I can't be sure. The lump on her lip could be a cyst maybe?
 
I think the lip is probably a slow growing cyst. I'm sure the vet will sort out the bum scab but I have thought about something to do with hair folicle fungus thing. Thanks for replying. :.)
 
I don't know if I knew I wouldn't feel it so urgent to go to vets but I only felt it this morning (and i carry them from hutch to run every day and do an automatic health check each time) so I will get an appointment for the end of the week hopefully the vet wont have to do much! maybe just some cream for the bum.
