What make of scales do you have to weigh your piggys and where did you get them from?

I bought some scale for them the other week but there no good as i cant get an exact weight, the scales just jump from one weight to another. mallethead

I just have normal kitchen scales, not digital ones though (don't know the brand) - I put them in a large bowl and then on top of the scales. It always moves though because they are moving about.

I use normal digital kitchen scales - they are very acurate, to the nearest gram, so are brill for weighing even the tiniest babies.

I have digital scales from B&M bargains that were about £5 they work really well I just pop the piggies into a tupperware bowl (one that will no longer be used for food :)) ) they sit there looking cross as no where for them to go and it is done in a flash!

Thanks everyone. ive got some digital scales but they aren't acurate they jump from say 950 to 1150g. Just thought could it be that my pigys just fit on the scales, as the bit they have to stand on isn't very big. Maybe if i get some scales with a bigger area for them to sit on it may be better?

We bought some kitchen scales the other day and when we put Fuzzy on them last night they only showed 500g. He's not very well at the moment and we had only picked him up from the vets on Wednesday where they weighed him at 910g so we got very worried that he'd lost nearly 1/2 his body weight in a day.:...
Then we got our other pig out who's the same age as Fuzz and he only weighed 800g and he is very heavy! So we started to think there was something wrong with the scales! We got things out of the fridge with weights on them and everything was coming up less than stated on the packaging. After that little fright I'm off out to buy some digital scales later, hopefully this time they'll work!
Does anyone know if Pets at Home sell scales?

I managed to get some from homebase last night which are accurate. They were more expensive than I would have like to have paid but you can't put a price on piece of mind!
