My piggies marble has been taking antibiotics for an upper repository infection for a week, but I keep hearing him do this sneeze hack thing. Should I be worried?

Perhaps take him for a follow up with the vet? It might be possible he’s not reacting to the antibiotics that well and needs a different one

It could also be that he has some fluid build up from the infection. I agree with taking him back to the vet. I would ask the vet about something to clear any mucous. In the UK we have a medication called Bisolvon. Also ask if there is any fluid on the chest as he would need a diuretic if so to help clear this. How is he otherwise? is he eating ok?

Eating, drinking, pooping, peeing, and even playing. It’s just this sneezing.
