Scratch and Newton hutch hugger

Is there a little bit of extra room in one of these huggers? The legs on my hutch are on the side and make the width a couple of cm too big, but the next size hugger is huge.

I always get confused - is this the waterproof layer?

I think they suggest you can get a cover up to 5cm smaller than your hutch. Mine was quite a tight fit too (although slightly too long rolleyes), but it fastens at the front with velcro when the rain cover is down so has plenty of give in it

The leg straps are adjustable too so you should be okay (hopefully!) with the smaller one

Yes it is the waterproof which can go on top of the hutch snuggle. This makes me think it will fit. Thanks for your help.
