Scratched Eyelid

My guinea pig seems to have a scratch/cut on his eyelid but it looks like the skin hasn't completely came of so a little bit was hanging, although that has scabbed over now. Is there anything I should be putting on it or will I just let it heal itself since it is so close to his eye?
 
Monitor for any hair loss or further crusting of the area just in case it is a sign of something other than a scratch. Hopefully it is just a scratch as you said but no harm in looking out for hair thinning, breakage or skin issues around the eyes.
