I came home with Scruff and Spud yesterday
They are 4 months old
Scruff is part Abyssinian with red eyes
Spud is a smooth coated black brown and white tricolour
They are settling in nicely
I think Scruff is blind due to him having red eyes
He is managing to find his way about the cage even with his sight loss
They haven’t had their first run as I’m waiting for my friend to bring the pen
Looking forward to them having their 1st run though and hearing their reaction to being in the pen
Its always fun introducing the pigs to something new

They sound lovely Maddy.
Hopefully they will settle in quickly.

Most red eyed piggies can see fine, so is there something specific about Scruff that makes you think he is blind?

@Maddy One of my boys has pink eyes and he can see fine.

I do have a blind boy too. His eyes are cloudy, almost uncoloured.

Oh I hope they love it Maddy. They may be a bit scared at first but with time I'm sure they'll enjoy time in the play pen.

Got to clean the pigs out today
They are asleep at the moment so will have to wait till they wake up again as they have just had their breakfast of spinach
