I was looking through Amazon and thinking about how awful the products that they sell for small pets truly are.
When I look up, "guinea pig cage" on the US Amazon, the first cage that shows up in TINY. Too small for a hamster, in fact.
When I look up, "guinea pig cage" on the UK Amazon, the first cages that show up are bit hutches, x-pens, c and c grids, etc. (all suitable for guinea pigs).
This is not okay! Here in the US, people rely on Amazon for nearly everything. The care that they are displaying to their customers is not okay, from sugary treats to dangerous veggies balls to unsuitable habitats with wire bottoms--this is upsetting!
