I have posted my secret santa pressies today, hope they like them... he he he
 
Me too - have been running behind with stuff due to working late :(
Bought some of the nice strong bags you can seal from the PO only to find they weren't big enough so have had to use a box and wrap in black bin liners :{
 
I had a small but long toner box so put mine in there and wrapped in brown paper, the presents are all wrapped in christmas paper inside so hope they like what I got :))

Ooh they will :(|) I put more thought into the SS piggy pressies than my own tbh (the little devils have too much stuff anyway) but am certain whatever any of the piggies receive, they will enjoy and be grateful :))
I addressed the parcel in the piggies name just for a bit of fun too :x ;)
 
oops I hope your descriptions of how you packaged the gifts hasn't given away clues to your SS piggy who will obviously be reading this thread while their slave is preoccupied with the diversion created by the others...
 
:)) I loved doing the SS this year, I kind of want to do another one already

Acknowledge your point but this is not the SS thread ?/ Have seen many of the gifts wrapped in bin bags etc. so don't think people will scrutinise quite that much :{
Ha ha, the penny has just dropped ! Ignore me, I've had a poopy day and seem to have had a lot of arguments with everyone over the last few days so don't be offended by my words, I read it completely wrong and need to lighten my mood a little !

Whoops, still need to send mine! :red
Its all wrapped up and ready to go, but I ran out of the 'brown paper' stuff you put around parcels. I was meant to get some today but forgot...
You dont suppose the rescue would mind if it arrived after christmas? I'll obviously try to get it sent in time though :).

I'm sure they wont mind at all, the fact that they are receiving something is great no matter when it arrives

Don't think rescues will worry tbh, the post is a nightmare again and mine has only gone today mallethead I've received three parcels this morning, two have been to-ing and fro-ing then they all turned up at once rolleyes Only one more to arrive here now from Amazon so have sent a tracker email for it. Ordered stuff earlier than usual this year but still made no difference grrrr
The piggies will just be happy to receive something I think, maybe have a share of the others, then have their own turn up so they won't mind :))
 
Am really cross (so far about mine). Moving tomorrow and had a nightmare - landlord turned up unexpectedly (although he had arranged it with rubbish agents apparently 6 weeks ago) and is coming back tomorrow - whilst we move! Aaaah!

So, to make life easier, booked a courier. Left it in safe place as specified as have been in and out all day. Just home again and parcel is where I left it! So annoyed and upset as been raining here on and off and it is wrapped in paper and in a cardboard box! Hoping it is not ruined :(

Sorry about that, needed to vent before continuing my packing! :red

Oh no - what kind of 'service' do these people pretend to be giving ?/ I'd be on the phone and giving them a ***Moving is stressful, Christmas is stressful and sometimes the simplest of things push me (a reasonably placid person :x) too far. It may not be too late for them to collect, have you called them ?/

hehe not to worry, my humour can be a bit dry and doesn't always come across all that well in writing :p
