Separating Boars?

Hi,
My boars are still battling for dominance and make a lot of noise due to rumbling and teeth chattering. I have read lots on dominance and know that I shouldn't seperate them until they draw blood.

The noise is keeping my parents up. So they have said I either need to split the c and c cage in half or move them outside.

Will my pigs be happy!? How long do they normal fight for dominance?

Settling in dominance takes about 2 weeks, plus or minus. You will get confrontations off and on all throughout the teenage months. Rumbling is something that boars do an a daily basis, even well settled ones. Overnight separation will not only destabilise their bond and lead to even more dominance behaviours during the day, it is also likely to start them gnawing the bars in order to get back together - and that is bound to keep your dad awake even more.

Can you put their cage as far away from your parent's bedroom? And shut the doors? Its going to be a shame to separate them at this stage.
