Should I seperate my pregnant guinea pig(bought pregnant) from my other sow trying to be dominant ?

Hi!

If the the dominance behaviour is only lasting a couple of days, then your companion sow is experiencing a strong season and there is no reason to separate at this stage. If it lasts and your pregnant sow is feeling happier on her own during a trial separation, then split them up. Be aware that they are not very likely to go back together again afterwards, though.

How long is she?

If you mean how long is she pregnant I'm not sure but I can see and feel the babies kicking and shes lying down(kinda weird with one of her legs always out) near the food and water so she can get to them quicker if that helps at all
