Sephy Chirping

A few months ago, we thought we heard chirping one night from the guins, but couldn't identify the culprit. Last night, we heard it again and rushed in to see the guins... To find Sephy chirping away, not phased by us at all! She'd been jumping around all day and had learned to jump on the top of her box house, so we think it was a celebration and she was showing off!

Oo! You caught the birdsong on camera! Apparently it's rare so you're lucky to have witnessed it. I have heard one of mine "sing" once, but he/she stopped when we went into kitchen so we aren't sure who it was! I ask them to give me a concert again but they ignore me.

Aw bless? May I ask how old she is? Mine tended to chirp in their 'teenage' months, and then stopped in full adult-hood. I have had two proper chirpers and one who did a half-hearted session one day! All at a time when they were reaching towards adulthood.

Awww! That's lovely you got it on video. My beanie (now passed) used to do this in the middle of the night! Always brought a smile to my face despite it waking me up.
