Septrin dosage please...!

I'm having a really stupid day...
I've just went to work out the dose of septrin and I've completely blanked on the amount of septrin per kg... Could some one enlighten me please...!

I cant tell you accuratley, but I can tell you what exactly it says on my septrin bottle for spice, and his weight, If that helps you work it out? Sorry... not much help :( You probably know more than me! lol

I've always known what it was and I've drawn a total blank I have a feeling it's 0.75ml per kg but I'm not sure... :))

If he weighs a kg that would be very helpful... :))
