Serious jealousy problem

I got 2 6 week old baby girls, ones kinda bigger than the other. Both born from the same mama both born on the same day. The little one is Diamateria and the bigger one is Khione. Khione started pushing her sister out of the way for everything, I just brought them home yesterday. All day yesterday and today I started to see Diamateria is not eating or drinking because of Khione is pushing her out of the way. So I placed 2 dishes one on each side of the cage. Along with 2 different places of hay in both sides of the cages and well Khione is still running over to Diamateria and pushing her out of the way. Now Diamateria is super little so I'm worried about her weight because shes really little. I separated them today, Diamateria was drinking and eating. But she started weeking really loud than she started biting on the cage. I'm not sure what to do, do I put her back in the cage with her sister even though she wasnt eating? Keep them separated and take them out to play together? The picture is of Diamateria biting on the bars when we first put her in before she noticed where her sisters cage was.

Guinea pigs always need to establish a new group in new territory. What you are witnessing is perfectly normal dominance behaviour.
Please make sure that you have two hideys with two exits each and also two food bowls in which you serve only so many pellets and veg as can be eaten in one go; in between meals you remove the bowls. Serve any food at least one body length apart so both can eat. Make sure that access to hay can't be blocked and is ideally available in two different locations. Over 80% of the daily food intake should be unlimited hay for long term health and longevity - the more you encourage them to eat it, the healthier they will be.
