My guinea pig Lizzy has ring worm so I need to give her weekly baths and cream. But when bathing her I think some of the shampoo got in her eye... It's a little closed. Idk what to do.

Please wash try to gently wash out the eye with pure water and contact the treating vet asap if the eye doesn't get back to normal within a day. Make sure that that you only use the suds on the ears and close to eyes, mouth and nose and do so gently with a cotton bud. Bathing (including cleaning grease glands)
Also be aware that invisible ringworm spores are highly infective and very long lived (up to around 2 years). Please read up on our hygiene measures in order to prevent any reinfection and turning this into a long running saga. In 15 years on here, we have had time to work out all the possible transmission angles and how to close them off. It is the contagion and transmission risk to other species that makes ringworm such a problem. Here is the link: Ringworm: Hygiene And Pictures
My Edward once got shampoo in his eye after he decided to rub his eye during a bath. His eye went red so I took him to the vet who prescribed eye drops and he was fine a day or two later. Please see a vet if the eye doesn’t go back to normal by tomorrow
