yes, it's fine :)

I'm sorry but I don't agree. I would only ever use shampoo formulated for small animals (ONLY the non-insecticidal type like Shaws) or Gorgeous Guineas shampoo. Baby shampoos can dry the skin out terribly.

well my vets recommended baby shampoo and I know people on here use it,if baby shampoo's dried skin out then why do babies use them ::) ::)

A vet actually recommended baby shampoo to a friend of mine infact advised against the insecticidal animal types alltogether , having said this I've used baby shampoo once but now use gorgeous guineas shampoo which smell lovely , but I didn't have any problems with the baby shampoo.

precisely! baby shampoo has no harmful ingredients in anyway and its also good for mini pigs when theyre slightly older if they get stinky

There we go :)

Most shampoos are actually tested on them, so unfortunate that we learn from that :(

Okay so there is mixed opinions on whether it is okay or not, and I don't know who to agree with, but I wouldn't use it because Gorgeous Guineas is very good, not expensive and we know that it's safe for piggies, I'd much rather use something I know for certain is safe.

Vedra at the CCT told me to use Nizoral followed by the Flea or Die shampoo when one of my piggies had a skin problem. Nizoral would be far harsher than baby shampoo so surely baby shampoo would be fine!

To be honest I was quite worried about using the Nizoral as I thought it would be far too harsh. I only did cos Vedra recommended it. Baby Shampoo is so mild i really can't see how it could cause problems.
