Junior Guinea Pig
I have been looking on the rehoming section and am staggered by the amount of guinea pigs needing a home and I'm sure thats just a small fraction, yet there are so many still being bred and some of those will no doubt end up in similar situations.
So many poor animals out there its unbelievably sad. I strongly believe children should have some education on the matter. Ive just organised for our local dogs trust to come into the school i work in to talk with the children as part of a plan to form a link between the school and them.
