Should I Be Concerned?

two of my piggies are Abyssinian, JLo and Elvis. Jlo's hair is is always drier than Elvis' and she sheds a lot more than him. if i pick her up my shirt is just completely cover in hair! and i try to brush her often and still she sheds like crazy. Elvis doesnt shed as much and his hair is super soft.

Should i be concerned about Jlo? or is this normal? or perhaps Elvis is an Aby mix thats why his hair is softer?

Can we see some photos of them. Our Rexy pig shed more hair than her friends so did our long haired piggy.

Elvis hair is messy like an Aby on top but if you see close to the tail, his hair is striaight. So thats why I'm thinking he
is a mix and maybe thats why his hair is softer.

And this is Jlo. Her hair is very dry, this picture is when she was pregnant and her hair was softer for some reason while she was pregnant. Now a few months later her hair is very dry again and she sheds like crazy

Yes, long haired piggies do tend to shed more than their shorter haired friends

its a bit flaky I'm assuming because its too dry
