Should I be Concerned?

I rescued my guinea pig (Ryu he's male) from a pet store on 20th October of this year. I've noticed that he's been itching a bit(his nose, his hips, and tummy a bit). I'm not sure if he has a skin condition, or I should bathe him(I read it was not needed). I just want to make sure he is alright. He also makes a coughing like sound. Is he sick?

The noise he was making was a sneeze. I'm going to keep an eye on the itching for now. Thank you!

If he is itching a lot I would take him to the vet to make sure he doesn't have mites or another skin condition. It's always a good idea to get new piggies health checked anyway.
