One of my guinea pigs keeps looking up a lot of the time. She has only been doing it for about 2 weeks but she does it more than not.

I see an adoption pig in pets at home doing this, walked around with his head always up, but seemed fine otherwise. I wonder if it some sort of ear problem? I dont know.

I would think a vet check if this is a new behavior.
Query possible ear infection?

In hamsters there is a neuro condition known as stargazing, but I don't know if this is a thing that mght also affect guinea pigs?

Makes me wonder if its a way of stopping some sort of balance issue by looking up🤔. Would need a very good vet to take a look

I agree, definitely a vet visit if it isn't normal for her.

A vet visit will rule anything nasty out. My lethal foster pig sometimes holds his head high, but he has head tilt and is blind so I think it must feel normal to him.

If it's not neurological I wonder if there's something in or around her throat so lifting her head makes it easier to swallow or breathe.
