I am afraid this cage is not at all appropriate for guinea pigs, it is too small and on too many levels.
Guinea pigs require a large single level floor space measuring a minimum of 120cm x 60cm. This only measures 80cm x 50cm.
One upstairs loft area with a useable size of space is fine (it doesn’t count towards the cage size though) but the platform levels on this cage aren’t usable and present a huge risk of falling.

I agree with the others and @PigglePuggle - that looks more like a rat cage. Also it's a bad idea to have a wire bottom in a guinea pig cage as it can cause bumblefoot.

This is a very dangerous and unsuitable cage for guinea pigs 😟 Guinea pigs are ground roaming beings, they need plenty of floor space to run around. This cage is all wrong, it’s for rodents who climb like chins and perhaps rats. If a guinea pig managed to climb up onto one of those shelves and fell it would break it‘s back. You need to be looking for a low, flat surfaces roomy cage at least 120 x 60 cm minimum, more if at all possible

It really saddens me that this type of cage is advertised as suitable for guinea pigs 😟
You say your cage has a grid in the bottom of it, if you can safely remove the grid as it’s very hard on piggies feet. Imagine you walking/sleeping on that grid all day, not pleasant at all.

@PeachesMyPrincess we not wanting to be negative. if you got that cage you would have very sad piggies and with that lots of emotional problems for you and piggies.
Pls as you have asked look at our set ups and home advise for piggies.
Be lovely to hear from you again.

That is definitely a rat cage, I was looking at it for my rats, and heard the shelfs are crap and flimsy, so I avoided this one

How many guinea pigs do you have? I think most folks go for the Ferplast 140 or 160 for a shop bought cage (120 is ok for 2 girls or a mixed sex pair but bigger is better) or a C&C or midwest cage if they dont need a lid (if you also have cats, dogs or small kids a lidded cage is better)

This is the cage I have for my two boys Bill and Ted. It’s a roomy and excellent cage for your piggies, they will love it 😍 Don’t feel bad about the other unsuitable cage, we all make mistakes and we are all learning all the time. I’ve had piggies from the age of 10 to 60 plus and I’m always learning. Sometimes when I look back at some of things I fed my first piggie with at 10 years old I cringe. You will be making your piggies very happy getting the XXL Rabbit Cage x
