Should I feed my guinea pigs pellets and if so what ingredients should I look for in them

Check the thread @sport_billy has highlighted for you. It’s very helpful.
Mine like Science Selective grain free nuggets which quite a few forum piggies eat.
What you can get may depend on your location .

All my piggies have always had the science selective grain free as well and have always loved it!

Take a look at the chart linked above. Ideally something low in calcium, high in fibre and with a grass/say that isn't lucer (alfalfa) as it's main ingredient :)

I give mine Oxbow pellets and they like it so I haven't changed it. I have been feeding the same Oxbow pellet since Finn was a baby so I hope that is ok. Lara was raised by my friend so she started getting Oxbow pellets when she came to live with us.

My personal choice is science selective grain free. Pigs only should get around a table spoon of pellets per pig per day, so although this food is more expensive than most, it doesn't work out too bad over the course of an entire bag

I would extremely highly suggest Sherwood Small Pet Guinea Pig Diet. It has incredible ingredients and no filler products. Oxbow is good, but Sherwood is definitely the best you can find. The only problem with it is some piggies have trouble switching if they have eaten "junk food" like pet store brand food previously.
