Should I rehome them?

Phew fantastic news! I don't think 2 weeks is too bad at all, mine were in a small cage for that long until my new cage came.
Looking forward to seeing pics of the new piggie palace! :))

I am so pleased your mum changed her mind! Two weeks will go really quickly, at least the weather is good so your piggies can be out in the day. You must be so happy :<>:<> !
I have just ordered a 5ft hutch from bitsforpets.com, it was quite expensive but has plastic lined flooring, so great for cleaning.
I have seen lots of other 5ft hutches on e-bay, some were doubles and much cheaper.

just caught up with this thread so pleased for you that your mum changed her mind and you can keep the piggies, dont feel bad about them being in a small hutch as it wont be for long and you are doing the best for them and getting them a bigger hutch
 
Thank you so much for all the messages and advice, its been really helpful :) I'm so glad I can keep them, I was watching them run around together today and I was thinking about how strange it would be without them and how much I'd miss them.
I think I'm going to get this hutch, what do you think?

I'm so excited :)) After I've bought the hutch I'm going to make them some new beds and buy them some new toys so they can have a nice home which will be big enough for them.

Lol I just bought that! I'm going to section it off to make two hutches though.
I'm glad your mum realised you were serious and changed her mind. You obviously love your piggies very much!

I have the same hutch in a smaller size (although i've now got a bigger one). I actually got it from the same seller as the one you have shown and i had no problems at all. It was easy to build too ;)
Have a look at her other items, as you may be able to get one with a free cover!
It's perfect for your piggies, they will love it!
