Show us your ruby eyed piggies.

Womble has red eyes and so did his brother Stripe. I chose them because I asked who were less likely to be adopted because I was struggling to pick which guineas I wanted. They pointed out Womble and Stripe due to them being red eyed but Womble is a Peruvian and he takes more upkeep also as a long haired pig. He's so precious how can he not be chosen? 😍❤❤

My spud has red eyes in certain lights but it doesn't show up on camera.
I know just what you mean @Sweet Potato... you mentioned Spud being a patchwork pig like my new arrival Flora (still petite but now the loudest squeaker in the house!) and her eyes, although dark, also have a mysterious sheen of red that I can't quite work out! Maybe it's a feature of their colouring! I'm going to try and get a pic in daylight - if we ever see the sun again!

I didn't realise that red-eyed piggies got left behind. I saw on the news that a lot of cat rescues have trouble rehoming black cats because people think they're bad luck. Growing up in Nottingham we were told black cats were good luck so in a few rescues they're the most popular!

Well a terrible pic and you can hardly see her face, but Aliona’s beautiful dark red eyes can be seen! Hates being handled but nail trims so thought I’d get them while I could! Hard to see unless sun on them, my Rupert’s were the same, just a little more pink!
