Showing guinea pigs

I'm thinking about showing my guinea pig but i have a few questions:
How old do they have to be
Where are any shows(cant seem to find any round me on google)
what are the qualifications
Tips?

The same rules applies to showing as this is closely linked to breeding - This is from the general rules we all agreed to abide by when joining the forum.

"We would like to keep this a friendly guinea pig forum where you can discuss problems, share experiences of keeping guinea pigs and posting photographs.
