Showing Guinea Pigs

Hi,

I'm in Devon, and want to start showing guinea pigs, well one to start with, having only ever had them as pets before, (for years, and years, and, well a along time!)
Looking for info on short coated ones - especially genetics of colour - also any good breeders who would let me have a baby to start with down in this area?

You will not find breeders on here - this is a rescue friendly forum.
Showing piggies is also not a topic we discuss either...sorry, there are other sites available that may be of more interest to you but this is definitely not the one {:|

Hi Buffy, just to let you know that this forum is specifically aimed for the discussion of rescue guinea pigs, the active talking of showing and breeding is agaisnt the rules. Tere are lots of other forums where you can get lots of advice and info.

However you are more than welcome to join in with any other aspect of guinea pig care here

Hello and welcome to the forum, i think the others have said it enough, so feel free to chat about anything else. You will soon find out that breeding is so counter productive and unfair considering the amount of piggies in rescue at present.
