Shreaded Paper

Does anyone use this for their piggies? A friend uses it for her rabbit?

I have tried it, and it is ok if you have an endless supply and can change it everyday, but it stays wet and really stinks rather quickly. x

i have just changed from fleece to bottom liner with newspaper then puppy pads and shredded newspaper in half of cage and stacks of hay.. piggies love it.. they love running through.. my wee minnie has sensitive skin and i think the fleece was just a bit too warm for her.. i shred 3 newspapers, put them in a black bag and change the paper in the morning and a night but only change puppy pads once..

After emptying the shredder bin at work every couple of days and seeing how dusty it is, I don't think I'd consider this an option.

I use this all the time. It's great for me and the piggies don't mind it.

I have a mat underneath with some newspaper on top and then shredded paper over that. It doesn't stink anymore than any other bedding for me and I've tried many options and this one seems to be the best for me.
