Is she eating for herself? Are there any other symptoms apart from weight loss?
If she is not acutely ill you should take her to see a vet tomorrow for a health check.
If she is acutely ill then she needs to see a vet asap.

Hi!

If your piggy is not eating/has lost weight massively and is lethargic, then she needs to see a vet urgently as she is very ill.

Please take the time to read this guide here to see what you can do at home until you can see a vet. Guinea pigs can't stay alive without eating properly for very long: Emergency, Crisis and Bridging Care until a Vet Appointment
